Man on the Street: What did you do over summer?

Freshman Galo Medina said, “During the summer I went to Europe. I took a cruise to go from England all the way down to Spain, and we went around the coast of Spain until we reached the city of Barcelona. After our trip ended, we flew back to LA.”

Junior James Crisafulli said, “Over the summer I worked as a tennis camp counselor at the tennis club that I play at, and I taught kids from ages 6 through 11 playing tennis games and proper techniques.  They could be challenging at times, but it was really fun to just be out there. Then, I got ahead a little bit on my community service hours, working at ARC, an organization that serves people with developmental and intellectual disabilities.”

Senior Jorge Ulloa said, “Over the summer, I pretty much just hung out with friends around L.A.  I went to the beach a few times, and I also visited Universal Studios for the first time.  I went to Disneyland for the first time in like 10, 15 years.

Sophomore Connor Ladwig said, “I travelled across the country to places like Cape Cod, Iowa, Minnesota, Kansas City, and Chicago. When I went to Cape Cod, I watched some games at the Cape Cod Baseball League, and I also went kayaking.”
